Meet the Team

Zach leads Brand, Public Relations and Foreign Affairs at Moddex, overseeing the company’s public image, external communications and key partnerships. He works to strengthen the Moddex brand, build professional relationships and ensure clear, consistent communication across the wider community.

Oli leads the Customer Service Team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the team and ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of support. Working closely with both the wider management team and other departments, Oli helps manage customer enquiries, support escalations, team development and internal processes. His focus is on maintaining a professional, approachable and efficient customer experience while continuing to improve how the Customer Service Team operates as Moddex grows.
