Welcome to Moddex Development. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service from Moddex Development, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All content and materials available on our website or provided as part of our products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, code, and software — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content or products without prior written consent from Moddex Development.

Custom Orders

By enquiring about or placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pricing for custom orders reflects priority access, convenience, and compensation for developer time and focus. Unless exclusivity is explicitly purchased for an additional fee, Moddex Development reserves the right to release the final product publicly, including at a discounted rate.

Exclusivity, when purchased, ensures the product remains private to you and compensates for losses associated with dedicating developer time exclusively to your order.

When placing a custom order, you are entering an agreement directly with the developer assigned to complete your order. Moddex Development acts solely as a platform and facilitator and is not responsible for refunds, disputes, delays, cancellations, or any other issues arising from the delivery of the custom order. Responsibility lies solely with the individual developer completing the work.

Use of Products

All products are intended for use within the FiveM environment. You may not resell, redistribute, share, leak, or otherwise provide any Moddex Development products, in whole or in part, to any third party without prior written consent.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds will not be issued.

We reserve the right to deny sales to any individual or entity at our discretion. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a product has been leaked, shared, or is at risk of being leaked, we reserve the right to terminate access, cancel ongoing work, deny future services, and issue a permanent blacklist without refund.

Prices, listings, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Installation of Products

Our products are provided for experienced users who understand FiveM or single player modification environments. We do not provide installation support unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for correct installation and usage. Moddex Development is not liable for any damage, data loss, server disruption, or game instability resulting from installation or use of our products.

Conduct

Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. If such behaviour is identified, any active orders or projects may be terminated immediately. This may result in a ticket blacklist or permanent service ban. In these circumstances, no refund will be issued.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all systems, or error-free performance.

By purchasing our products, you agree that Moddex Development cannot be held responsible for any damage to your computer, server, software, or game environment.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, and Bank Transfer. PayPal Friends and Family is preferred. Goods and Services may be used where applicable, provided the buyer covers any associated fees.

All payments are final once processed.

Termination

Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in immediate termination of services, cancellation of active orders, and permanent blacklisting.

Moddex Development reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms apply immediately and are considered binding upon continued use of our services.
