Vehicle setup based off of the British Transport Police's, OU74 CKC containing:

- Detailed Interior & Cage
- Non-ELS & ELS options

The Non-ELS vehicle option requires clients to have Siren Setting Limit Adjuster installed in order to work correctly.

The ELS vehicle option requires a custom ELS configuration in order to work correctly.

The matrix board is just a prop and requires a script to be operational.
